Albanian-Riviera port town across the water from Corfu. Harbour-side promenade for cocktail bars and restaurants, a small beach-club scene building through summer, and a young, new-tourism energy that's reshaping the coast. Quieter than Dhërmi but climbing — plenty of cafés, a few late rooms.
