Outlas provides a curated venue discovery and booking request platform. You may use our service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with the operation of the service.
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Outlas facilitates booking requests between users and venues. A booking request is not a confirmed reservation until acknowledged by the venue. Outlas is not responsible for venue availability, pricing changes, or cancellations by third-party venues.
Venue information, ratings, and Vibe Scores are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current or complete. User-generated content must be respectful and accurate.
All content on Outlas, including the Vibe Score algorithm, design, logos, and text, is the property of Outlas and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Outlas is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to experiences at third-party venues.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or on-site notice.
