Doors open at noon every day of the week, which makes this as much a lunch address as a late one — and with Thursday through Saturday running to 2am, the same table can carry you from a long afternoon plate to a last cocktail. The kitchen keeps its range broad rather than tied to one tradition, served at table on the roof above R. do Bolhão in the Baixa, with private dining available for groups who want a corner of it to themselves.
