The room skews young — mostly 18 to 25, largely local St Petersburg regulars with a scattering of Eastern European visitors and backpackers who have found their way out to Arsenalnaya Naberezhnaya in Kalininsky. Techno and tech house carry the night, played loud and fast enough that the floor stays the main event; VIP booths and bottle service exist for groups who want a base, but this is not a venue built around sitting down. Doors open Friday and Saturday only, and both run around the clock, which means arrivals stretch from late evening well into the following morning and the energy peaks long after most of the city has gone quiet. Smart casual is enforced at the door. The $$ band keeps it accessible for a student-age crowd, and it trades year-round rather than following any season.
