Lounge and chill house sets hold the room at conversational volume through the early evening, then Latin rhythms push the level up and the tables start to turn into an audience — live music and floor shows are part of the format, not a garnish. The kitchen works a Japanese menu, priced at the top of the local scale, and the service model runs to bottles and full table service with valet at the door and shisha available late. Doors open at 5pm every day of the year and run to 1am, with Thursday through Saturday drawing the heaviest crowd: a mostly visiting, largely South American room in the 25-45 range, dressed formally.
