Doors open at 9:30am and stay open until 11:30pm, seven days a week from May through October, which means a day here can start with coffee on a daybed and end well after dark without ever moving. The kitchen works across Greek and Mediterranean plates alongside Japanese and sushi, so lunch can be light and dinner can stretch into a proper sit-down, with table service throughout and private dining if the group warrants it. Music stays in the lounge and deep house register through the afternoon, drifting toward commercial hits as the evening fills. Friday through Sunday are the busiest stretches, drawing a young international crowd — mostly tourists, with Western Europeans and Santorini locals among them — to the black sand at Perivolos. Beachwear is the standard all day, prices sit in the mid range, and the minimum age is 18.
