From May through October the doors on Antigonis open at 6pm and stay open until just past 2am, seven nights a week, which gives the room two lives: an early, easy one while Kos Town is still eating, and a harder-edged one once the house sets take hold. Thursday to Saturday are the nights that fill, drawing a young crowd — the 18-to-25 bracket is the rule here — split between backpackers working their way through the Dodecanese, Western European holidaymakers and Middle Eastern visitors. Prices sit in the mid range, so the VIP booths and bottle service are within reach of a group pooling its money rather than a serious splurge.
