Fine dining is the unexpected half of the operation here, a proper kitchen running alongside a lounge and dance floor that opens at 10pm and doesn't close until 4am, seven nights a week. The music sits in hip hop and R&B, with chilled lounge house filling the earlier hours before the room tightens up, and the drinking is built around bottle service and VIP booths rather than a scrum at the bar. That, plus the $$$$ band, sets the tone: smart elegant dress, a 30-plus door on Walking Street, and a largely Asian crowd of couples, socialites and the occasional recognisable face. Thursday through Saturday are the nights that fill, so a booth is worth arranging in advance; the rest of the week runs quieter and more intimate. Minimum drinking age is 20, and the doors keep the same hours year-round.
