Doors open at 5pm on weekdays and an hour earlier on Friday and Saturday, which are the busiest stretches, and the bar runs through to 1am every night of the week, year-round rather than as a summer-only terrace. Drinks span cocktails through to tea and coffee, with a broad, unfussy food offering alongside, and the $$ band means an evening here costs less than the view might suggest. Smart casual covers it. The Chaussée de Charleroi address puts it on the Ixelles–Saint-Gilles border, walkable from either side, and the crowd skews mid-twenties to mid-forties with a good share of visitors among the regulars.
