Five nights a week, Wednesday through Sunday, house sets drive a small floor where booths, bottle service and the occasional champagne shower do the heavy lifting, and the $$$$ band means a table is the practical way in. The crowd skews 25 to 45 — socialites, young professionals, the odd famous face, locals mixed with American and Asian visitors — and Smart Elegant is enforced rather than suggested. Friday and Saturday open at 8pm and run to 4am, the other nights 9pm to 3am, with 19 the legal minimum for a drink. Yaletown's short, dense blocks make it easy to arrive late and stay later.
