Thursday through Saturday are when the Salhane Sokak address fills up, drawing a mix of Istanbul locals, Middle Eastern and Asian visitors and a steady tourist contingent, mostly in the 25-45 bracket. Table service, VIP booths and bottle service are all on offer, with private dining for groups and valet at the door, though the price band sits at a more moderate level than the setting suggests. Smart casual is the expectation, and it matters more as the week reaches its end.
