Maltese seaside town north of Valletta running a calmer counterweight to Paceville. The Strand seafront for cocktail rooms and restaurant terraces, a short boat-party-and-sunset-bar scene through summer, and rooftops with views across to the capital. Dressed-up, couple-oriented, and noticeably less messy than St. Julian's.
