Doors open at 12:30 in the afternoon and close at 11 PM, seven days a week, which makes the shape of a visit unusual for a rooftop: you can arrive for a long Mediterranean lunch, stay through the afternoon and let the table roll into the evening rather than turning up late. The kitchen leans Mediterranean and Middle Eastern, table service is the norm, and bottle service and private dining are there for groups who want the terrace on their own terms. Music stays in the lounge and chill-house register with familiar commercial tracks — background to conversation, not a reason to stand up. Thursday through Saturday bring the busiest crowd, a mix of tourists, socialites and the occasional famous face, mostly Western European and broadly in the 25–45 range. Smart casual dress, a $$$$ bill, valet at the edge of the Medina, open year-round.
