Doors open at 10am and stay open until 11pm, seven days a week from May through October, which means a visit here can stretch from a morning swim to a long seafood dinner without ever moving off the daybed. The kitchen works a Mediterranean and seafood register, and the drinks arrive by table service — bottles included, if the group is that kind of group — while deep house and lounge-leaning chill house keep the volume at a level you can talk over. Weekends, particularly Friday through Sunday, bring the fullest crowd: a mix of holidaying Western Europeans, UK visitors and Corfiots, skewing young, with 18 the minimum age for a drink. Beachwear is the dress code all day, and the $$ pricing keeps it a reasonable proposition for a full afternoon on the Benitses coast.
