Kampielo sits at the northern edge of Corfu's Old Town, where the lanes narrow and drop toward Faliraki beach — arriving on foot through that maze is part of the visit, and it keeps the crowd here self-selecting rather than passing. Doors open at 10am every day of the week from May through October and stay open until 1am, which means the same terrace serves brunch, a long Mediterranean and seafood lunch built on what comes out of the Ionian, and a slow drink after dark. Music stays in lounge and chill house territory throughout, low enough to talk over. Table service and a $$$ band put it in the considered-meal bracket rather than the casual swim-stop one, and smart casual is the expectation once the sun goes. Expect a mixed room of Western and Eastern European visitors, professionals and the occasional recognisable face, broadly in the 25-45 range.
