About Impossible
Doors open at noon on Fridays and Saturdays and don't close until 2:30am and 4am respectively, which means a visit here can be lunch, drinks on the open-air terrace and a dancefloor finish without ever leaving Peter Street. Midweek is a gentler shape — a 6pm start on Wednesday, 5pm Thursday, both wrapped up around midnight — and Monday, Tuesday and Sunday are dark. The kitchen keeps things broad rather than pinned to one cuisine, and the music runs Latin and R&B through to trance as the night tips over. VIP booths, bottle service and table service are all on offer, though the $$ band keeps it within reach of a normal Saturday out. Smart casual is enforced, the room skews 25 to 45, and Saturday is comfortably the busiest of the week. Deansgate's central position means a mix of Manchester regulars and visitors passing through year-round.
