About MNKY HSE
Doors on Lloyd Street open at 6pm midweek and hold until 4am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, which tells you how the night is meant to run: dinner first, then the room loosens and the tables become the dancefloor. The kitchen works Peruvian and Latin American lines with a strong seafood accent, Michelin-recognised, and the $$$ band puts it firmly in Spinningfields' expense-account bracket — booths, bottle service and table service are all on offer for groups who intend to stay past midnight. Music shifts with the hour, lounge and chill house early, deeper house and Latin rhythms later, sometimes live. Smart casual is enforced, and the crowd skews 25 to 45, largely Mancunian and British with tourists mixed in. Saturday's 2pm start makes it the one day you can arrive early and simply keep going.
