Middle Eastern and Mediterranean plates arrive at the table rather than the counter, sharing-style and paced to match the cocktails, which is the format that keeps people up here for hours rather than one drink. Doors open at 3pm on weekdays and midday at weekends, running through to 2am, with the notable exception of Friday, when the room trades only between 1 and 4pm — worth checking before you plan a Friday night around it. Music sits in the lounge and deep house register, low enough to talk over early and warmer as the terrace fills, and Thursday through Saturday are when Charlottenburg's mix of locals, Western European and American visitors turns the place busy. The $$ band keeps it approachable for a rooftop, the crowd skews 25 to 45, and dress is relaxed year round.
