Deep house and lounge-leaning chill house set the register here, kept low enough through the morning and afternoon that conversation carries across the daybeds, then edging up as the light goes. Doors open at 8am every day of the week from May through October and stay open to midnight, which makes this as much a breakfast-and-swim address as a sundowner one — you can take a bed for the day, order Greek plates and drinks to it, and never really move. Prices sit in the mid band, so the table-service model doesn't come with the sting it does elsewhere in the Cyclades, and the dress code is beachwear from open to close. Fridays and Saturdays draw the biggest crowd, a mix of Western European visitors and Naxos locals, with 18 the minimum age for drinks. Ayia Anna's sand is the whole point; arrive early for a good bed.
