Japanese cooking anchors the early part of the evening here, served from 7pm on Fridays and Saturdays in a dining room set up for private tables as readily as for couples. Once midnight passes the room changes character entirely: Saturday and Sunday run from midnight through to 6am on trance, house and commercial hits, with VIP booths, bottle service and a crowd of Warsaw socialites, regulars and the occasional recognisable face. The address on Wioślarska, on the third floor in Śródmieście, puts it within walking distance of the river side of central Warsaw. Dress formally — this is a $$$$ room with a 30-plus door policy, and both are enforced rather than suggested. Sunday is the busiest night of the week, which makes it a late-weekend fixture rather than a Friday one, and it operates year-round with the doors shut Monday through Thursday.
