Doors open at 10pm most nights, an hour earlier on Fridays, and the room runs to 4am every day but Tuesday, so Thursday through Saturday is when the socialites, couples and occasional famous face fill it out. Smart casual is enforced, the door is 30-plus, and the $$$ band reflects table pricing more than the cost of a single drink. It trades year-round on Triq Santa Rita in Paceville, a few minutes' walk from most of St. Julian's late-night strip.
