Doors open at 10:30pm on Friday and Saturday only, and nothing much happens until well after midnight — the floor fills late and runs to 4am, which is the shape of most weekends here between April and October. Bottle service and VIP booths anchor the seating, and at a $$ band that's an accessible version of the format rather than a punishing one. The crowd skews 25 to 45: young professionals from around St Julian's, couples, and visitors from the UK and western Europe. Smart casual is enforced, so leave the beachwear at the hotel.
