About Aria Complex
Triq Hal-Għargħur, on the edge of San Ġwann and L-Iklin, puts this inland rather than on the water, which is part of the appeal: the pool and the day beds belong to the venue, not to a public stretch of sand, and the doors stay open from 1pm straight through to 4am six days a week. That long stretch is really two visits stacked on top of each other — lounge and chill house around the water in the afternoon, then commercial hits, deep house, trance and EDM as the rooms fill, with live music on the bigger nights. Casual dress, a $$ spend and an 18-25 policy set the tone, and the crowd skews backpacker, with Western European and South American visitors mixing in. Closed Mondays; every other day is busy, which in practice means Tuesday feels like a weekend. Bottle service and VIP booths are there if you want a base.
