About Café Campus
Trance builds, 90s throwbacks and commercial hits keep the volume high and the floors moving from the moment doors open at 8pm, and the room rarely settles before last call at 3am. Thursday through Saturday are when Rue Prince-Arthur delivers its heaviest traffic, and a fair share of that traffic is visiting — tourists and Western European travellers mix into the crowd alongside the locals, with the room skewing anywhere from mid-twenties to mid-forties. Drinks sit firmly in the cheap band, though bottle service and VIP booths are there if you want somewhere to sit. Dress is smart elegant, so leave the gym gear at home. Nineteen is the drinking age in Quebec and it's enforced at the door. Open year-round, seven nights a week, with weekday daytime hours from 10:30am for anyone passing through the Plateau earlier.
