Days run 10am to 6pm, every day of the year, on daybeds worked by table service, with bottle service for groups who settle in for the afternoon — lounge and chill house early, Afrohouse as the light drops. The kitchen keeps things broad rather than tied to one cuisine, and the $$$$ band means a day here is planned rather than stumbled into. Friday through Sunday draws the heaviest crowd, largely Western European and South American travellers in the 25–45 range, and beachwear is genuinely the code — nobody is dressing up. Book ahead for the weekend if you want a bed near the water.
