Tulum's beach season never really closes, and the doors here open at 10am every day of the year, running through to 6pm on the sand at Km 4.5 of the Boca Paila road. Days move at the pace of the day beds — table service, bottles, a kitchen that ranges widely rather than committing to one cuisine — while the music drifts from lounge and chill house into afrohouse, tech house and trance as the afternoon builds. Friday through Sunday brings the heaviest turnout, a mix of socialites, South American regulars and travellers working their way up the beach road, generally in the 25-45 range. Dress is casual in the Tulum sense, which is to say barefoot-adjacent, but the $$$$ band means a full day here adds up quickly.
