Bottle service, private dining and shisha sit alongside the food, and the soundtrack stays in lounge and chilled house territory, low enough that conversation carries. Friday through Sunday brings the busiest rooms, drawing socialites, visiting celebrities and a strong South American contingent, with the crowd skewing between 25 and 45. Dress is formal by Tulum standards, so the beachwear that works up the road will not work here; the $$$$ band reflects both the tasting format and the setting. Valet handles the arrival off the Tulum–Punta Allen highway. It runs year-round, and booking well ahead is sensible for weekend seatings at sunset.
