The kitchen works both Mediterranean and Thai lines, so a day can drift from lunch through the sunset hour into the evening's live entertainment without anyone moving. Music stays on the softer end of house — deep, loungey, built to sit under conversation rather than dominate it. Doors open at 7:30am every day and run to midnight, stretching to 1am on Friday and Saturday; valet handles the car. Beachwear is fine throughout, though the $$$$ band and the 25-45 skew mean the beachwear in question tends to be considered. Open year round, which in Phuket makes it as much a wet-season refuge as a high-season fixture.
