Drinks here run to bottle service and VIP booths rather than anything resembling a kitchen — the spend goes on a table by the floor, and the $$$ band reflects it. Techno, trance and tech house carry the two nights it opens, Friday and Saturday, from 9pm through to 4am on Slip St at the edge of Darling Harbour, with the crowd thickening well after midnight. Smart elegant is the stated code, which in practice means making an effort at the door before joining a room that skews hard toward dancing; the mix is Sydney locals alongside tourists and backpackers, broadly in the 25–45 range, with 18 the legal minimum for drinking.
