Fridays and Saturdays are the ones to plan around: the day session runs to 5pm (6pm Saturday), then the space reopens at 10:30pm and goes until 3:30am. Dress is beach chic, the spend sits in the upper-mid bracket, and the room skews 25 to 45 — visitors in the majority, though locals turn up too. Twenty-one to drink.
