Midtown puts this within walking distance of half of Manhattan's transit lines, which is much of the point: the room fills late with locals and travellers who wandered in off the same few blocks rather than trekking across boroughs. Techno, EDM and tech house carry the floor, loud and built for dancing, with bottle service and VIP booths ringing the room for groups who want a base to come back to. Friday and Saturday are the nights it runs hardest, and with doors open until 4am Wednesday through Saturday, the crowd — largely twenties, 21 and over — tends to arrive well after midnight. Saturdays start early, from noon. Smart casual covers the door, and the $$ band keeps it accessible by Midtown standards. It runs year-round, with shorter Sunday through Tuesday hours closing at 2am.
