The soundtrack moves between lounge and deep house early and commercial hits, hip hop and EDM once the floor fills, so the room shifts from drinks-with-a-view to full dancing without much warning. Bottle service and VIP booths are the structure here; the $$$ band and a 25-to-45 crowd of young professionals and visitors set the tone, and smart casual is enforced rather than suggested. Twenty-one is the drinking minimum. It runs seasonally, May through September, so the summer weekends carry the whole calendar and Friday and Saturday nights are the ones that fill fastest.
