EDM and tech house carry the sound system, loud enough to move the crowd of young professionals and holidaymakers — mostly British and Western European, with locals mixed in — while still leaving room to sit and eat. Friday through Sunday are the packed days; beachwear is the dress code and the pricing stays mid-range, which suits the largely 18-to-25 crowd it draws.
