Doors open at 9am and close at 6pm every day of the week from May through October, which makes this a daytime proposition — arrive mid-morning for a day bed while the sun is still soft, or roll in after lunch for the long, slow stretch toward the 6pm close. Deep house and loungier chill-house sets keep the volume conversational rather than club-pitched, and the kitchen works a Mediterranean and Greek menu you can eat in swimwear. Table service and bottle service run across the beds, though the $$ band keeps it more accessible than the setup suggests. Fridays through Sundays draw the heaviest crowd, mostly a young international mix — British and Western European holidaymakers alongside a decent showing of locals, with 18 the minimum age at the bar. Beachwear is the dress code throughout, and Tsilivi's position on the island's east coast makes it an easy stop.
