Medellín's even-tempered climate means the roof works every month of the year, and doors open at 4pm Thursday through Sunday, 5pm the rest of the week, so the early evening stretch is part of the appeal rather than an afterthought. The kitchen works in a fine-dining register, and the sound stays in lounge and chill house territory, with live music surfacing often enough to shape the mood — this is a place for sitting down, not for pushing through a crowd. Thursday, Friday and Saturday are the nights that fill, when closing stretches to 2am and the room draws socialites, couples and visitors, largely a South American crowd. Table service, bottle service, VIP booths, private dining and valet all point to the $$$$ band, and the formal dress code is enforced rather than suggested. Over-30s only. A few minutes from Parque Lleras, in the thick of El Poblado.
