About Gaia

Lounge and chilled house sit low under the conversation, with Greek tracks surfacing between courses — music that keeps the room intimate rather than pushing it toward a club tempo. The Mediterranean kitchen runs a split service at 15 Galerie Charles III, midday through 2:45pm and again from 7 to 11pm, seven days a week and year-round, so it works as much for a long lunch as for dinner. Table service, valet at the door and private dining are all part of the arrangement, and shisha extends the evening past the plates. The $$$$ band and formal dress code are enforced by the crowd as much as the house — expect socialites and the occasional familiar face, mostly Western European, in the 25 to 45 range. Friday and Saturday are the nights to book ahead for; midweek gives you the same room at a quieter pitch.
