About Le Grill
Service runs in two tight windows — 12:15 to 1:15 in the afternoon and 7:15 to 9:15 in the evening — so a visit here is booked, not stumbled into, and the evening seating is the one most people want. Lunch draws the corporate table off the Place du Casino; dinner tilts towards couples, with lounge and deep house kept low under the conversation and jazz surfacing on live nights. Table service is the only mode, valet handles the car, and there are private dining arrangements for groups who'd rather not be seen. Smart elegant is enforced rather than suggested, and the $$$$ band is honest about what a night costs. Thursday through Saturday are the busiest, and Saturday drops lunch entirely — evenings only. The season runs April to October, with a crowd split between Western Europeans, Middle Eastern visitors and Monaco residents who treat it as a standing habit.
