About NYX Bar
Canapés are the format here — small plates built for standing, circulating and a glass in the other hand rather than a long sit-down, served across two distinct services at 15 Galerie Charles III: midday until 2:45pm, then evenings from 7 to 11pm, seven days a week and year-round. Bottle service and VIP booths anchor the room, with table service throughout and a $$$$ band that keeps the door effectively self-selecting. Lounge and chill house run low enough for conversation but with enough push that people dance once the room fills, which it does Thursday through Saturday. The crowd skews 25-45 — Monaco's corporate professionals, socialites and the occasional recognisable face, largely Western European. Dress is formal, and in a principality this compact that is not a suggestion. Small enough to feel intimate, which is part of why the room stays exclusive.
