About Hakkasan
Fine-dining Chinese with Greek accents is the axis here, plated across an open-air room in Gölköy on Bodrum's quieter stretch of coast, with table service and private dining for groups who want the evening to stay their own. Doors open at 6pm every day of the week and stay open until 1am, which makes it a long dinner that slides into a lounge — deep house and chill-house sets early, tech house as the tables loosen. The crowd skews to couples and professionals, local as much as Western European and Middle Eastern, and the 30-plus door policy keeps the tone closer to conversation than to a club floor. Friday through Sunday are the nights to book ahead. Smart casual is enough, valet handles the arrival, and the $$$ band is what you'd expect of the format. The season runs May to October only.
