Italian cooking with a strong seafood lean is the anchor here, served from 8pm most nights across the dining room and in private dining spaces for groups who want the door closed. Once plates are cleared the room shifts: lounge and deep house early, then Latin, jazz and old-school hits as the floor fills, with bottle service and VIP booths for those settling in until the 4am close — 4:30am on Fridays and Saturdays. Thursday through Saturday draw the heaviest crowd, a mostly 25-to-45 mix of Roman regulars and Western European and American visitors who know the Via Veneto address.
