About La Rose des Vents
Larvotto Beach on Avenue Princesse Grâce puts this within walking distance of most of Monaco's seafront addresses, which is why the daybeds fill with a mix of residents and visitors from across Western Europe and the Middle East rather than a single crowd. Doors open at 8:30am through the April-to-October season, and the rhythm is a long one: French and Mediterranean plates at the table, bottle service on the loungers, lounge and deep house kept at conversational volume. Friday and Saturday extend to 10:30pm, which is when the place is busiest alongside Sunday, and when the day slides properly into evening. Beachwear is the accepted register throughout, though at this price band it tends to be the expensive kind. Broadly a 25-to-45 room, and one that rewards booking ahead on a summer weekend.
