Lounge and chill house holds the room at conversation level through the afternoon, and as the evening builds the commercial hits and live sets push the volume up without ever turning the place into a club — you can still hear the table next to you. Doors open at 10am every day, which makes it as much a long-lunch address as a late one, with the kitchen ranging across styles and table service running through to 2am, or 3am on Fridays and Saturdays. Those two nights and Thursday are when Puerto Banús fills it: a mixed Western European and South American crowd, socialites and the occasional familiar face, mostly in the 25-45 bracket. Smart casual is enforced, bottle service and valet are on hand, and the $$$ band reflects the postcode. The season runs May to October, when the terrace does the heavy lifting.
