Elviria sits east of Marbella proper on the Carretera de Cádiz, far enough from the town centre that most guests arrive by car and hand the keys to the valet before the noon opening. Days run on a single shift, midday to 7pm, Thursday through Sunday between April and October, with daybeds and VIP booths booked out under bottle and table service — the $$$$ band is not a surprise once you see the setup. Deep house and lounge sets stay unhurried through the afternoon before the champagne showers start, and the kitchen keeps things Spanish and Mediterranean for people eating in swimwear. Friday to Sunday brings the fullest crowd, a mix of socialites, Western European regulars and British visitors mostly in the 25-45 range. Beach chic is the standard: polished, but nothing that suffers from sand.
