Cannes empties and refills with the seasons, but the doors on Rue Latour-Maubourg open every night of the year, from 7pm on weekdays through to a 5am close early in the week and 4am on Friday and Saturday. Dinner comes first — a broad, unfussy menu that carries the room from the table into the dancing hours — and the music shifts with it, jazz and live sets easing into lounge and chill house as the floor fills. Friday and Saturday are the heavy nights, when VIP booths and bottle service account for much of the room and the crowd skews to young professionals in their late twenties and thirties, a mix of locals, Western European visitors and Middle Eastern guests off La Croisette. Smart casual is enforced, prices sit at the top band, and the intimate scale means a late arrival on a weekend rarely finds space.
