Rue Ibn Aïcha sits in Guéliz, the modern quarter of Marrakech, and the crowd reflects it: Western European visitors, a socialite-and-celebrity element, mostly in the 25-45 bracket. Thursday through Saturday are the nights that fill, and smart casual is enforced rather than suggested. The $$$$ band is real — this is a spend-the-evening room, not a stop on the way somewhere. It trades year-round, so the same format holds in February as in high summer.
