Daybeds are the anchor here — book one on the Vela Stupa side of the water and the day organises itself around it, with table service running food and drinks out from ten in the morning until the eight o'clock close. The kitchen keeps its range broad rather than tied to one tradition, and bottle service is there if the afternoon escalates, though the $$ band means this stays within reach of a normal holiday budget. Deep house and lounge-leaning chill house set the tempo, occasionally giving way to live music and shows as the light softens. Friday through Sunday brings the heaviest traffic, mostly visitors mixed with Western European regulars and Korčula locals who know the boat schedules. Beachwear is the whole of the dress code, the minimum age is 18, and the season runs May to October — outside those months, the island reverts to itself.
