Venue Brief
Lipscani rooftop above Strada Smârdan — Old Town at eye level, wood-fired plates, a cocktail list aimed at slowing the evening down. The refined option in a loud neighbourhood.

About Nomad Skybar
The kitchen keeps its range wide — a general menu built to suit a table of six who can't agree — and it works alongside a bar that stays busy from the 4pm open right through to close. Doors shut at 2am most nights, but Friday and Saturday run to 4am, and those two plus Thursday are when the second floor at Strada Smârdan 30 fills out with a mix of tourists, corporate types finishing late and a well-dressed local contingent. Music moves through lounge and chill house, Latin, and trance as the hour gets later, so it drifts from conversation to dancing without an obvious break. Smart casual is enforced, the crowd skews 25 to 45, and the $$$ band reflects table service, VIP booths and bottles rather than a queue at the bar. Valet parking and private dining are available; it trades year-round.
