Trance and house carry the floor, punctuated by live shows, and the layout is built around bottle service: VIP booths, table service, shisha and a kitchen turning out a broad menu for people settling in for the long stretch. The crowd skews 25 to 45, largely Romanian and Eastern European, with a socialite element that keeps the Smart Elegant code from being decorative — dress for it. Prices sit at the top of the Bucharest scale, and the Floreasca address on Strada Caroteni operates year-round, Friday through Sunday only.
