About Ötkert Club
Drinks are the whole kitchen here — bottle service to the VIP booths, and otherwise a straightforward bar-led night at prices that stay in the mid range rather than climbing to Zrínyi utca's more polished addresses. The room only opens three nights a week, Thursday through Saturday, from 11pm until 5am, which concentrates everything into a hard weekend run of house, trance and commercial hits played loud for a floor that fills after midnight. The crowd is a genuine District V mix: Budapest locals alongside backpackers and visitors from across Eastern and Western Europe, mostly in the 25-45 bracket, with 18 the legal drinking line. Smart casual is enforced enough to be worth a thought before you leave the hostel. It runs year-round, and with more than eight thousand Google reviews sitting at 4.5 it is one of the better-known dance rooms in the city centre.
