Asian fusion is the kitchen's register here, plated alongside a bar that runs from cocktails through full bottle service on Kalākaua Avenue's beachfront stretch of Waikiki. Doors open at 4:15pm every day of the year and stay open until 11pm, which makes the arc of a visit fairly obvious: arrive in the late afternoon, eat as the light goes, stay for live music and lounge and chill house through the evening. The open-air setting keeps things informal — beachwear is the accepted standard, and nobody is going to look twice at sandy feet — while table service, valet and private dining rooms cover the occasions that call for a little more structure. Friday and Saturday draw the biggest turnout, largely visitors, and the crowd skews to the 25-45 range, with 21 the drinking minimum. Prices sit in the mid band, modest for this stretch of sand.
